TREATMENT OF CHRONIC BRONCHITIS BY ENDOBRONCHIAL ADMINISTRATION OF ANTIBIOTICS
A procedure for administration of antibacterial drugs with a turboinhaler of the spinhaler type is described. Antibiotics of various groups were used for endobronchial administration: penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides and nitrofuran derivatives. The data on high efficacy of the procedure in treatment of patients with chronic recurring purulent obstructive bronchitis are presented. Practical recommendations for the procedure use are outlined.
